Real estate has been a passion of mine for decades. It is the perfect synergy of my education (BA Honours, Sociology from The University of Western Ontario, and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Applied Project Management from Simon Fraser University), and many years working in post-secondary institutions, including Ivey Business School and Simon Fraser University. Protecting the best interests of my clients is the single most important part of the profession. My goal is to make a typically overwhelming experience for most people (buying and selling real estate) as easy and painless as possible.
I was first licensed in 2009 in British Columbia, and worked tirelessly to establish myself as a community-oriented and well-reputed Realtor in the South Surrey/Langley area. At the time that we moved to Ontario, I was the top selling agent in my office.
My husband and I relocated from BC to Bruce County back in early 2012. Like many people new to this area, we were following a career opportunity for him. The timing was right for us, as we were just starting our family. While we had never intended to stay for so long, we fell in love with the beautiful scenery and beaches, the small town charm, the incredible community, and the world-class sunsets of Kincardine. Most importantly, living here has allowed us to enjoy a work-life balance and a family dynamic that we had always hoped for. Kincardine is now our permanent home, and where we have chosen to raise our three little boys. The "westcoast" lifestyle that we love is still very much alive and well, here on the shores of Lake Huron.
